Here are the Fault Determination Rules the insurance industry uses to decide whether you will be deemed to be "Not At Fault", Partially At Fault" or "Completely At Fault" for an accident you were involved in.

 

I have also taken the opportunity to highlight some of the rules that seem unfair and my reasoning why. I am presently working at trying to get these rules fixed.
